I am a native Oregonian who began fly fishing as a kid, the day my uncle handed me a rod and I hooked my first cutthroat. I became a Trout Unlimited member in 2002 and have been actively involved with our two Portland chapters ever since. I feel very fortunate to live in a city that is surrounded by rivers and mountains, where people share not only my love of the outdoors but also a desire to protect it. I currently serve as the Pacific Northwest regional representative on TU's Embrace-a-Stream grant committee.
